About Roo Phelps

Roo Phelps is the only fourth generation broadcaster in an unbroken line in Canada.  She was born and raised on Vancouver Island British Columbia.  Since 1999 Roo has worked on air and as a producer in markets throughout BC including several years in Vancouver.  She is currently the morning co-host & music director at Country 100.7 in the beautiful Okanagan.  In addition to her work at Country 100.7 she also co-hosts the nationally syndicated Casey Clarke Show With Roo Phelps, Canada’s most listened to daily country radio program.

She is lover of dogs, a daddy’s girl, an advocate for epilepsy awareness & education, a banjo player and a die hard country music fan.
